With an MBA, experience leading an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company as CEO, and ongoing work as a Fractional Chief People Officer and leadership coach, Ryann brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective to the JamCracker team. She helps guide everything from pricing and financial planning to capacity management and long-term growth, making sure the business side of things is just as strong as the work we deliver for our clients. She’s equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and a strategy session, and she’s often the one asking the question everyone else is thinking yet no one wants to ask.
